Greencastle-Antrim Lioness Club presents 2016 scholarship

Thanh Truc "Phoebe" Tran Vo received a $2,000 scholarship from the Greencastle-Antrim Lioness Club during its May 16 monthly meeting in Evangelical Lutheran Church.

The daughter of Danh Thanh Vo and Cam Thuy Le Tran, Greencastle, she is part of the 2016 graduating class at Greencastle-Antrim High School.

Phoebe is the 19th recipient of Lioness Club scholarships and was among 11 applicants this year.

To date, $22,500 has been given to graduating seniors who plan to further their education in a health field. Phoebe will attend Wilkes University, studying clinical pharmacy.
